As it was quite grim outside, I was going through my photos looking for some punchy colors which would still match my mood. Found this nice broccoli shaped tree on the backdrop a dark forest. As for the stream, I remember having to balance on a tree trunk to take the photo. I was already quite drenched by rain and apparently didn’t care much if I fall into the stream or not.

Is my printer running out of ink?

The “three trees” photo looks simpler, but is slightly less well balanced than the “five trees” one.

I wish they chopped down those two trees on the left as well.

Haven’t really decided which color grading to go with, but I guess I like the white-on-blue one the most.

Went to try to capture the sunrise on some wavy fields. Had a lot of fun shooting at the long end of the 100-400mm lens. The sun was rising through some haze on the horizon, so there wasn’t much contrast to highlight the curves of those fields. I pushed the image quite heavily and it came out a bit noisy. But somehow I do like it this way. I’ll definitely be coming to this spot in the future.
